When you recently decided to add a screen room to the back of our house. We reached out to several companies, but came back to Colonial Construction/Screen Room. They came out. They provided the quote. They provided all the information on permitting when they could start and can happily say that they followed through on everything the gentleman that installed The screened room was very meticulous taking his time to ensure everything went together correctly. We couldn’t be happier can’t wait to enjoy our new screened in room.

If you think ALL SCREEN COMPANIES are the same then you need to call Colonial and talk to Frank!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Walks you thru every step of the process. The screen enclosure is better built more support beams. Perfection!! In today's world where so many companies do the bare minimum OR Shady work and cutting corners....LOOK NO FURTHER

Colonial Construction did an excellent job- removing the wood deck and building a screen room with an insulated Gable roof on a concrete slab. Communication was great. We were informed through the entire process. We are completely satisfied with the end result. We highly recommend this company.

I had a 15x15 screened in gabled roof patio completed by Colonial Construction June 2026. I did a great deal of due diligence on the front end comparing companies on quality, reputation, materials and cost. 100% convinced I made the right choice! The entire team - demolition/prep, design/construct, client & city relations/project communications are 5+🌟! Small things like clearing the workspace, providing continuous updates, and being timely are not guaranteed yet they are with the Colonial Construction team! Extremely happy for my beautiful outdoor space to entertain and just chill with my dog! Thank you Franky, Franky, Miguel and team!
