When you recently decided to add a screen room to the back of our house. We reached out to several companies, but came back to Colonial Construction/Screen Room. They came out. They provided the quote. They provided all the information on permitting when they could start and can happily say that they followed through on everything the gentleman that installed The screened room was very meticulous taking his time to ensure everything went together correctly. Small things like clearing the workspace, providing continuous updates, and being timely are not guaranteed yet they are with the Colonial Construction team!
