A custom-built screen enclosure transforms an outdoor area into a protected space that brings in fresh air while keeping out insects, debris, and harsh sunlight.
In St. Augustine, heat and pests often limit how often outdoor spaces are used. Colonial Construction installs custom screen enclosures St. Augustine homeowners rely on for comfort, durability, and everyday use.
Decades of hands-on experience guide every project we complete. Each enclosure is designed to match the home’s layout and constructed with materials that perform well in Florida’s climate. The result is a dependable outdoor space that stays functional and comfortable throughout the year.
Professional Custom Screen Enclosures in St. Augustine, FL
Colonial Construction designs and builds screen enclosures that fit each property with accuracy. Every home has a different layout, so we plan each enclosure based on size, structure, and how the space will be used.
Our goal is to create a seamless extension of the home that improves the way the outdoor area is used. Careful measurements and detailed planning help eliminate gaps, weak points, and uneven framing.
Our construction approach centers on durability and long-term performance. Florida’s sun, rain, and humidity can quickly impact poorly built structures. We use strong framing and high-quality screening designed to handle these conditions. Each enclosure is installed with attention to airflow, visibility, and structural stability.
