- Our Approach
Straightforward, honest, built right.
Screen Enclosures by Colonial Construction has been a trusted screen room company in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Nocatee for over two decades. Our approach is straightforward: we listen, give honest advice, build things the right way, and make sure you are happy with the finished product.
We design every screened-in patio and screen room to handle the North Florida climate—heat, humidity, heavy rain, and strong sun. We know what this weather does to outdoor structures, and we build accordingly.
